The purpose of the guide is to provide guidance on the processing of exceptional procedures, as provided for in articles 210 to 212 of Law 5/2014, of 25 July, on Spatial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape (LOTUP), modified by Law 1/2019, of 5 February, for the processing of proceedings for the regularisation and minimisation of the territorial impact of dwellings irregularly erected on non-urbanisable land, outside planning and legal channels.
